1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital assets (templates, tools, and downloadable content), all sales of digital products on Chozen, INC are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, as it cannot be "returned."
However, if you experience technical issues with the file or if the product does not match the description provided, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
2. Services
For our digital services (Web Development, Marketing, Consulting), we strive for complete customer satisfaction.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a service contract within 24 hours of signing for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.
- Milestone-Based Refunds: For larger projects, payments are often tied to milestones. If a milestone is not met or approved, you are not obligated to pay for the next phase.
- Dispute Resolution: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
3. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to any of our recurring maintenance plans, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
